Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia reminded more than one thousand barangay captains of the Province of Cebu on their responsibilities as public officials during a general assembly held at the Cebu International Convention Center. One of these is the maintenance of side ditches of provincial roads located within their respective jurisdictions. They were also reminded to enroll their barangay workers in the GSIS group insurance
